LINE Yonnā Support Plan
Let LINE take your booking calls, little by little.
WALOVER, based in Uruma, Okinawa, sets up bookings through your shop's LINE account with you, and stays by your side until you can run it yourself. No computer skills needed.

Does this sound familiar?
The phone rings with a booking while you're with a customer or cooking
The day before a typhoon, cancellation and rescheduling calls pour in
Bookings live in notes and a planner, and double bookings are a worry
A staff member left, and no one is free to answer the phone
You're still answering tourists' questions after closing time
You opened a LINE Official Account but hardly use it
If even one of these rings true, please read a little further.
None of them may feel urgent right now. But small hassles like these grow fast in the busy season or when you're short-staffed.
What is the Yonnā Support Plan?
We add a booking system to your shop's LINE Official Account, and WALOVER stays by your side until your team can use it confidently on their own.
"Yonnā" means "slowly, little by little" in the Okinawan language. You don't have to change everything at once. You keep taking bookings by phone while we move what we can to LINE, one step at a time.
Our job isn't done when the setup is finished. It's done when you can use it.
What you'll be able to do
- 1
Customers can book through your shop's LINE, any time of day
- 2
Your shop's phone gets a notice when a booking comes in
- 3
Customers get a reminder the day before, so fewer people forget
- 4
When you close for a typhoon, you can tell everyone with a booking at once
- 5
LINE answers common questions (hours, parking, prices) for you
- 6
You can send messages that bring customers back, on your own
Fewer phone calls means more attention for the customer in front of you.
Three reasons shops choose us
We come to your shop
We're based in Uruma and visit shops across central Okinawa. Instead of working only over a screen, we set things up with you face to face, seeing how your shop really runs.
We know how Okinawa shops work
Typhoon notices to everyone at once, different booking flows for tourists and locals, opening hours around Obon and Eisa season. We build around what actually happens when you do business in Okinawa.
The goal is running it yourself
This plan isn't designed to keep you depending on us. Once your team can check bookings and send messages on their own, you graduate. After that, a maintenance plan is there whenever you need help.

How it works
-
STEP 1
Trial (30 min)
Tell us what's slowing you down. We'll show you bookings coming in through LINE, right there. No sales pitch.
-
STEP 2
Setup (about 2–4 weeks)
We build bookings, your LINE menu, and automatic replies to common questions around your shop, then hold one how-to session for your staff.
-
STEP 3
Support (monthly)
We meet once a month to review bookings and any problems together, and help with writing messages and small fixes.
-
STEP 4
Graduation
Once you can run it yourselves, you graduate. After that, the maintenance plan lets you ask for help only when you need it.
What the plan doesn't include
To be clear about what we do, the following are not part of the plan. Please ask us separately if you need them.
- Photography, logo or flyer design
- Large custom features for your shop (quoted separately)
- Fees for outside paid tools, or running ads
- Work beyond the monthly fix allowance (extra fee)
Frequently asked questions
Q. I'm not good with computers or smartphones. Is that OK?
A. Yes. We practice together, following how your shop normally works. Ask as many times as you need.
Q. Do we have to stop taking bookings by phone?
A. No. You keep the phone, and we start by adding LINE as another way to book.
Q. We don't have a LINE Official Account.
A. We'll help you create one. If you already have one, you can keep using it as it is.
Q. Can shops outside central Okinawa use the plan?
A. Yes, we can work online. If a visit is needed, we'll discuss travel costs with you.
A message from our representative
Haisai! I'm Akihisa Takase of WALOVER LLC.
I taught myself web development while working in a factory, and have spent more than 20 years on the web as a designer and engineer. Today I live in Uruma and run engineering study groups with people in the community.
Living in Okinawa, I've seen that even useful tools rarely change anything without a reason to start and someone nearby to show you how. However good a system is, explaining it isn't enough.
That's why this plan values doing things together over explaining them. Let's start, little by little, by hearing about your shop.
Just curious? That's enough.
Even if nothing is wrong yet, we're happy just to talk. As they say in Okinawa, once we meet, we're family. Tell us about your shop.
