Job ads bring in few applicants
A job listing alone can't show what the work and workplace are really like.
The website is out of date
The careers page hasn't been updated in years and no longer shows what the company is like today.
Nothing to hand out at job fairs
Job fairs and school visits call for something candidates can take home.
In industries facing labor shortages, such as construction, care, and tourism, a job listing alone rarely shows what makes a company worth joining. Before applying, candidates check a company's website to learn about the business, pay and benefits, and the people who work there.
WALOVER's recruitment package creates a brochure to hand out at job fairs and school visits, together with a recruitment website candidates can explore anytime, all from the same interview and photo shoot. A shared design and a QR code linking the brochure to the website help interested candidates move smoothly toward applying.
Candidates check your website before they apply
Whether they are graduates or part-time job seekers, most candidates research companies on their websites.

The brochure is the way in to your website
People who don't know your company won't search for its website. A brochure handed out at job fairs and school visits starts the conversation, and its QR code leads them to your recruitment website.
Three benefits of making both together
- 1
One interview and shoot
Photos and copy are shared by both, saving your team's time and your budget.
- 2
A consistent design
Colors, photos, and wording match on paper and online, so your image stays consistent.
- 3
The brochure leads to the website
A QR code in the brochure takes interested candidates straight to the full details online.

FAQ
Q. Can we order only the brochure or only the website?
A. Yes. Ordering both lets us share the interview and shoot, which usually keeps costs down.
Q. Can we supply our own photos and copy?
A. Yes. We can use what you have and only shoot or interview for what is missing.
Q. Can we print more copies later?
A. Yes. We keep the files, so reprints and partial updates are easy.
Q. Can we use a government subsidy?
A. Japan's small business sustainability subsidy excludes company brochures and job advertising. Rules change every year, so please check the latest guidelines.
Q. Can you update the website after launch?
A. Yes. We can handle ongoing updates such as new job openings or photo changes.
