Sound familiar?

Job ads bring in few applicants

A job listing alone can't show what the work and workplace are really like.

The website is out of date

The careers page hasn't been updated in years and no longer shows what the company is like today.

Nothing to hand out at job fairs

Job fairs and school visits call for something candidates can take home.

In industries facing labor shortages, such as construction, care, and tourism, a job listing alone rarely shows what makes a company worth joining. Before applying, candidates check a company's website to learn about the business, pay and benefits, and the people who work there.

WALOVER's recruitment package creates a brochure to hand out at job fairs and school visits, together with a recruitment website candidates can explore anytime, all from the same interview and photo shoot. A shared design and a QR code linking the brochure to the website help interested candidates move smoothly toward applying.

Candidates check your website before they apply

The brochure is the way in to your website

People who don't know your company won't search for its website. A brochure handed out at job fairs and school visits starts the conversation, and its QR code leads them to your recruitment website.

Three benefits of making both together

  1. 1

    One interview and shoot

Photos and copy are shared by both, saving your team's time and your budget.

  2. 2

    A consistent design

Colors, photos, and wording match on paper and online, so your image stays consistent.

  3. 3

The brochure leads to the website

A QR code in the brochure takes interested candidates straight to the full details online.
